What we do

Three ways in, depending on how finished your idea is.

Most people arrive at one of three points: they have the file, they have the idea, or they have a deadline. We handle all three.

Production printing

You have the file, we have the plate already running. One-off replacement parts through short production runs — including the oversized ones other shops quote as two pieces and a glue joint.

  • Single parts and batches
  • Up to 400 × 400 × 450 mm
  • Dimensional check on every order

3D modeling

You have the idea but not the model. Bring a sketch, a photo, a set of caliper measurements, or the original part — we'll draw it so it prints cleanly.

  • Concept to printable model
  • Discontinued part recreation
  • Fixing models that won't slice

Rapid prototyping

You need three revisions before Friday. Short print-review-revise loops so you can hold each version instead of guessing from a render.

  • Fast iteration cycles
  • Fit and tolerance testing
  • Pre-production samples

What to send us

If you have a model

STL, 3MF, STEP or OBJ. Tell us the material and how many. If a specific face has to be smooth or a specific hole has to fit a real part, say which — that changes how we orient it on the plate.

If you have a drawing

A sketch with dimensions is plenty. Photos work too if there's a ruler or a coin in frame for scale. We'll quote the modeling separately so you can see what each half costs.

If you have the broken part

Photograph it from several angles with a ruler beside it, and measure anything that has to mate with something else. Most discontinued parts are recreatable from that alone.

Ready when you are.

Send the file, the sketch, or the broken part. You'll have a written quote with a real turnaround, usually the same business day.
