A 400 mm cube of build space is a lot more than most print services offer, so parts that come back "too large" elsewhere are often a single piece here.

Our plate is already larger than most services, so check the number before assuming. Past it, parts get split, printed in sections, and joined along a seam you choose — often stronger than one piece, since each section can be oriented for strength.
Printing is not machining, and a 400 mm open-frame machine moves more than a small enclosed one. If a feature has to hold tighter than the table above, we print it oversize and finish it to size, or design a fit that tolerates the variance. Tell us which surfaces are critical.
Send it anyway. Scans, CAD natives, and meshes that won't slice elsewhere are usually recoverable. If it isn't, we'll tell you what it would cost to rebuild rather than quietly charging to fight with it.
Send the file, the sketch, or the broken part. You'll have a written quote with a real turnaround, usually the same business day.
