How a part sits on the plate decides where it's strong and where it shows layer lines. We orient for the job the part has to do, not for the fastest print.
Supports get removed, seams cleaned, and any surface that mates with another part gets checked by hand. This is most of the labor in a print and it's where cheap jobs cut corners.
Critical dimensions get measured against the model before packing. If it's out of spec it gets reprinted at our cost, not sent to you with an apology.
Send the file, the sketch, or the broken part. You'll have a written quote with a real turnaround, usually the same business day.
